Recently, I decided to take my love for pumpkin to a whole other level with a delicious protein smoothie.
Here is what I came up with –
2 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
2-3 TBSP pumpkin purée
1 tap of the wrist of cinnamon
2-3 taps of pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein (vanilla protein powder)
Handful of ice
Pumpkin Seeds for garnish
Place all the ingredients except the seeds into a blender until well incorporated.
Top the smoothie with the pumpkin seeds.
