Hi everyone! For those like me who sadly couldn’t make the 2nd Tone It Up Retreat this weekend I have made a printable of MOST of the Periscope Workout as recorded by Self Magazine. I missed the 24 hour deadline so I don’t have the end but there is a good amount. Complete it twice for a total body burner!
