Perfect Fit Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Crunch Bites

Today I got cooking in the kitchen and knew that I wanted to come up with something tasty to give my workouts some extra fuel this week until I can find a new pre-workout in stores since I am almost out of my BeFit.  After finishing my meals for the week I looked at a few different recipes but didn’t see anything I REALLY wanted to make or didn’t have all the ingredients.


Perfect Fit Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Crunch Bites

2 scoops of chocolate Perfect Fit
1/2 oat flour (or any other flour of your choice)
1/8-1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk (can add more if needed)
3 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
Coconut to garnish

Place all ingredients except the cacao nibs into a blender and pulse until it becomes a mass of ingredients.  Remove from the blender and put into a mixing bowl and add in the cacao nibs.  I hand mixed them in because it was the easiest way.  Once well incorporated roll into small bite size balls.  I got about 12-15.  Roll each bite size ball in coconut flakes.  Place in the refrigerator so that they can set up and chill.  Enjoy 1-2 before or after a workout!
